SUPPLIERS EVALUATION & SELECTION
- SolarQC will leverage the established relationship or screen new suppliers according to the clients' requirements. SolarQC will represent the clients towards suppliers by performing the following tasks as,
- Introduce the clients' operations and purchasing goals to the candidate suppliers;
- Collect the production information from the candidate suppliers including,
- Profiles of the company;
- Organization and quality system management;
- Production capacity and available capacity;
- Specification and technical data of the modules;
- Issued or pending certifications;
- List of raw materials and raw materials specifications and certificates;
- Warranty terms and guarantees on the modules;
- Scout the candidate suppliers' financial status and solidity;
- Collect the projects and customers experience from the candidate suppliers;
- Collect and evaluate the offers from the candidate suppliers;
- Conduct first negotiations with the candidate suppliers;
- Follow up samples preparation from the candidate suppliers if needed;
- Organize the clients' visits to the manufacturers according to the clients' needs (schedule, transportation,
accommodation, interpretation, etc.)
