CONTRACT NEGOTIATION
- SolarQC has a professional contract template for purchasing PV modules which could protect the clients' interest well, and this contract template is subject to the clients' option and modification. SolarQC conduct contract negotiation by performing the following tasks;
- Interpret the quality control processes to the supplier and it in the contract;
- Stipulated all the raw materials in the contract to assure only recognized materials will be used;
- Confirm the delivery schedule in the contract;
- Follow up the correction for deviations found in the factory audit;
- Put other requirements from the clients in the contract if there is any;
