ON-SITE PRODUCTION PROCESS CONTROL
- Finding out the faults before delivery is important, but making sure the right things from the beginning and process are more crucial. To take a closer look at the PV modules in the production lines will tell you the differences when the modules always look the same. The key is on-site production process control. In this way, continuous improvement will be introduced in to the factory for better quality. SolarQC will monitor the following items in the factory while your modules are being produced.
- Materials On-site Verification;
- On-site Process Settings Control (Lamination, Soldering, etc.);
- On-site Production Tests Checking (EVA cross-link test, EL test, etc.);
- Onsite Power Measurement Control;
- Markings, Labels & Packaging Checking;
- Samples Verification (Power Measurement , 5% sampling; Visual Inspection，based on ISO 2859-1);
- Unqualified Modules Control;
- Production Environment Control;
